How much does Convicta cost?
Convicta has four plans: Free, News+ ($6/mo), Pulse Pro ($12/mo), and Pulse Edge ($20/mo) — annual billing gives two months free. Right now Convicta is in open community testing and everything is free: every new user gets a two-month grant on the full-featured tier, because we are still collecting feedback and some features are not yet working exactly as intended. Nothing charges automatically — after your free period you choose a plan or stay on Free.

What does each plan mean in practice?
- Free keeps you connected: the world-wires news preview, and 2 Pulse alerts covering the core alert types (price threshold, whale, trade, market resolution). Enough to see how Convicta works.
- News+ ($6/mo · $60/yr) is the full Convicta News product: all 1,600+ sources, your own sources and OPML import, personal keywords and filters, all 20 languages, and the daily digest. The Pulse side stays at the free level.
- Pulse Pro ($12/mo · $120/yr) is the full alerting product: unlimited alerts, every alert type, trader-watch, news→market triggers, and Pulse digests. The News side stays at teaser level.
- Pulse Edge ($20/mo · $200/yr) is everything: all of Pulse Pro, plus the experimental Edge AI fair-value estimate, plus advanced signals as they ship — and it includes News+ in full. There is no separate bundle to buy.
What about the Chrome extension?
The Chrome extension is free to install and its anonymous surfaces (market widget, news, coverage dots) work without any account. Signed-in features follow the same plan as your account — for example, unlimited “Notify me” alerts follow Pro, and the full Edge display follows Pulse Edge. During the current open testing period everything in the extension is free, like the rest of the product.
What is free during community testing?
Every new user currently starts with a two-month free grant on the top tier — the complete News + Pulse + Edge experience. Access is free right now because we are testing: we are collecting feedback and some features (particularly the AI-assisted ones — summaries, translations, the experimental Edge) are metered and may be limited while we tune them. When the testing period ends, your account simply drops to Free unless you subscribe — no automatic charges.

How does payment and account linking work?
- Payments go through CryptoPay (@CryptoBot) inside Telegram.
- Web sign-in (Google / email / Telegram) ties the subscription to your account, so one plan applies in Telegram, on the web, and in the extension.
