Terms of Service

These Terms apply while the Service is in a testing/evaluation phase. They may be updated as the Service evolves; the “Last updated” date below always reflects the current version.

Last updated: 2026-07-17 (testing/evaluation phase) Provider: Adoriasoft LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Applies to: the Convicta News Telegram bot/Mini App, the Pulse Telegram Mini App, and their web versions (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The testing phase — please read first

The Service is currently in a testing/evaluation phase. This means:

  • It is early-stage software provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (see Section 9).
  • Features may change, break, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable.
  • Data may occasionally be lost or reset. Do not rely on the Service as a system of record for anything important.
  • We may contact users about issues and improvements.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract;
  • not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law or sanctions; and
  • comply with the terms of any platform you access us through (Telegram, Apple App Store, Google Play).

3. What the Service is — and important disclaimers

⚠️ Not financial advice

Pulse surfaces data about public prediction markets (including data derived from Polymarket) and may show an AI-generated “Edge” estimate or similar signals. Convicta News provides aggregated, translated, and AI-summarised news.

All of this is for information and entertainment only. It is NOT financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. AI-generated summaries, translations, and “Edge”/signal estimates can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Prediction-market and crypto trading involves substantial risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should do your own research and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

The Service does not execute trades, does not connect to your trading account, and never holds your funds, private keys, or credentials. For Pulse, you provide only a public wallet address, and we only read public market and on-chain data associated with it. Any trading you do happens entirely on third-party platforms (such as Polymarket), under their terms and at your own risk.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Polymarket, Telegram, Google, Apple, or Anthropic.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may sign in via Telegram, email, Google, or Apple (where offered); multiple methods may be linked to one account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to abuse, spam, harass, or harm others;
  • attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security or access controls of the Service;
  • probe for or exploit administrative or non-public functionality;
  • resell or commercially redistribute the Service or its content without our permission;
  • submit others’ personal data unlawfully, or content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights;
  • use the Service where doing so would violate sanctions or local law (including any local restrictions on prediction markets or crypto).

We may suspend or terminate access for violations (see Section 8).

6. Subscriptions, payments, and the free-trial offer

6.1 Free trial

During this testing/evaluation phase we offer a free access period, promoted as “free for 2 months.” The exact length and scope of the free period are set by us and may change. We will give reasonable notice in-app before the free period ends and before any charge applies.

6.2 Paid plans

After the free period, continued access to paid features requires a subscription. The Service offers tiered plans — Convicta News (Free and News+) and Polymarket Pulse (Free, Pulse Pro, and Pulse Edge) — billed monthly or yearly (annual billing includes two free months). Pulse Edge includes News+. There is no separate bundle and no lifetime plan. Current plans and prices are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may change.

6.3 How you pay

  • Crypto payments are handled by CryptoPay (@CryptoBot). We create an invoice; you pay through the processor. Access is granted for the term you purchased once payment is confirmed.
  • In-app purchases (where offered) are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their billing and renewal rules.

6.4 Renewals, refunds, and changes

Crypto subscription payments are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew — you choose to renew by making a new payment. Store in-app purchases may auto-renew under the Apple/Google rules shown at purchase, and you manage or cancel them in your store account. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable; store purchases are subject to Apple/Google refund policies. Where you have a mandatory consumer “right of withdrawal” under your local law, that right is unaffected by this section.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. News content and market data belong to their respective owners and are provided under the terms of their sources; we aggregate and process it to provide the Service. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice where reasonable — if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, abuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.

9. Disclaimers (“as is”)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not warrant that any news, translation, summary, market data, or AI-generated estimate is accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any decision you make.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any trading, investment, or financial losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on its content.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for fraud or, where applicable, death/personal injury caused by negligence). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (the specific governing state and venue will be designated by us and updated here), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law requires. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
